600g apples (6 small or 4 medium), peeled and cored

½ cup water

40g gelatin

steam apples in water until fork presses easily

bloom in gelatin until cooler

Whiz until fluffy white mountains form!

Pour into parchment lined tin and refrigerate

Slice and serve. Yum
