2 ingredient choc mousse

    • 12 dates, deseeded

    • 200g dark chocolate, chopped

    • 1 cup (and a bit, depending how dry your dates) water

    • Pinch salt

  • place dates and choc in a bowl, pouring boiling water over top (add pinch salt) and let sit ten minutes

    Whiz

    Divide into small portions

    Refrigerate an hour minimum
