Mini Christmas blissballs

  • 1/4 cup almond (or other gf) flour

    ¼ cup cacao powder + 2 tbsp

    10 medjool dates (pitted)

    pinch cinnamon

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1 tbsp Maple syrup

    Pinch salt

    Melted chocolate, pistachio and goji for decorating

    dessicated coconut or cacao to roll in

  • Mix all ingredients (except desiccated coconut or cacao) in a bowl. Roll into balls and roll in dedicated coconut or cacao to finish. Store in freezer - delicious in summer still frozen!
