Fire tonic

  • 2 cups acv

    2 inches each: onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, chilli

  • Chop each vege and place in a sterilised jar

    Top up with acv - the one with ‘the mother’ works best. It’s already fermented goodness feels like it’s already work on impact!

    Stand 2 weeks, shake occasionally, strain and keep liquid (the leftover veges are edible if you find a dish?). The fire tonic keeps indefinitely in a dark spot in the pantry
