  • 1L milk

    1/3 cup white vinegar

    ¼ cup cream

    Pinch salt

  • Bring milk to near boil

    Add vinegar, stir and sit about 1 min

    Strain thru towel and colander into heat proof bowl

    Keep whey! It’s gold

    Add cream and salt to taste. Voila!
