Ferrero Rocher

  • ½ cup nut butter (pref hazelnut!)

    ¼ cup cacao

    ¼ cup maple syrup

    Pinch salt

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1 cup hazelnuts, roasted for 10min to remove outer

    100g dark choc, melted

  • Roast hazelnuts on low for about 10 min cool and chop roughly

    Mix ½ cup nut butter, ¼ cup cacao, ¼ cup maple, pinch salt and chopped nuts

    Roll into balls and freeze for 10 min before dipping in melted choc. Return to freezer or enjoy right away
