Single Serve Salted Caramel Fudge

    • 1 cup dates, deseeded

    • 1/3 cup coconut oil

    • 1/2 cup cashew butter

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Soak the dates in boiling water 5min, strain

    Whiz all ingredients

    Pour into freezer moulds

    Freeze overnight

    Cut and serve!

    (Extra salt on top when serving adds so much sweet!)
