Double Layer Caramel Fudge

  • Dark layer:

    ¾ cup hazelnuts

    ¼ cup cacao nibs/ dark chocolate

    4 dates, deseeded (soak in hot water ten min before whizzing)

    1 tbsp coconut oil

    White later:

    ¾ cup almond butter

    ¼ cup maple

    1/3 cup coconut oil

    1 tsp vanilla

  • Whiz dark layer and press into mould

    Whiz white layer and pour on top

    Freeze overnight. Enjoy!
