The Squat Taught Me How to See People Better
For years, I thought I was collecting squat variations.
In reality, I was learning how to see people better.
Every squat reveals something—not just about strength, but about breathing, balance, confidence, adaptability, and trust.
That's why I rarely look for the "perfect squat." I look for patterns. Where does someone move with ease? Where do they hesitate? What changes when they slow down, reach, or shift their weight?
The squat isn't simply an exercise.
It's a conversation.
Not because collecting information is athletic, but because paying attention is human.
Sometimes the most valuable thing a movement gives us isn't stronger legs.
It's a better understanding of ourselves.
