Move Like You Mean It | Explore

The second part of ‘Move Like You Mean It’ series is all about exploration.

This week I decided to try something I’d been asking my clients to do: take a movement and get curious.

I grabbed two medicine balls and started experimenting:

  • Hands on the ball.
    One hand at a time.
    Swapping sides.
    Feet on the ball.

Then … is it possible with hands and feet on? The answer was: nope!

There were wobbles, a few unexpected falls, and plenty of chuckles along the way. But that’s exactly the point.

Exploration isn’t about getting it perfect. It’s about discovering what your body can do when you give it permission to try.

Every wobble gives feedback.
Every attempt builds confidence.
Every challenge teaches us something new.

And just before the sunset disappeared, I found it — which felt like an extra little win.

Movement isn’t only about becoming stronger. It’s about staying curious, playful, and connected to the body you live in.

Move like you mean it. Explore.
