Control your controllables

It’s all too overwhelming.

To take it all on.

So I think the best shot you have is to “keep yourself” - your immune system, your mind, your strength - have a sense of what’s going on with you.

(Cos I don’t think we can manage what air am I breathing, what’s in the food… so try just controlling what you can control. This can be helpful in staying sane!)

You can't control:

  • the circumstances.

  • their opinion.

  • the adversity.

You can control your:

  • discipline.

  • attitude.

  • response.

When chaos finds you, when doubt creeps in, when it all feels out of your hands, tighten your grip on the things you command: your habits, your effort, your mindset.

Control your inputs and you will control the outcome.
