Chocolate Marshmallows

    • 1 cup coconut milk

    • 2 tbsp each beef gelatine, cacao, maple

    • Optional: pinch salt, ½ tsp vanilla (sweeter)

  • sprinkle gelatin over ½ cup coconut milk and let bloom (5-10 min)

    Place other ½ cup coco milk, maple, cacao in saucepan on low (don’t boil).

    Add gelatin mix to warmed cacao mix until dissolved

    Whiz 5 min on high until fluffy

    Pour into parchment lined tray - leave an hour before refrigerating

    Refrigerate until firm

    Slice and serve. Yum
