Turkish-style eggs

  • 2 eggs, boiled (per person)

    1 tbsp olive oil

    1 tsp lemon zest and juice

    1/2 tsp sesame seeds

    1/4 tsp cumin, coriander and turmeric

    pinch salt

  • Boil eggs (general rule, 60g egg 6min, 70g 7min, 80g 8min!). Cool in water for easier peeling

    mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve on toast!
