JUST BECAUSE.
There was no race.
We each had a different medicine ball for our own strength and ability, and we were just throwing it — forwards, backwards, sideways, overhead — as hard as we could.
Just because.
And every time someone really gave it everything and absolutely sent that ball, we all cheered.
Because there’s something about watching someone go all in that makes you want to celebrate them.
And then there’s that little moment inside yourself:
OMG. I DID THAT.
No comparison.
No score.
No one needing to throw the furthest.
Maybe we need more movement like that.
Where there’s nothing to prove —
but everything to feel.
