2026 is the year I do what I said I’d do

2026 isn’t about reinvention. It’s about follow-through.

At FitbyNature, we coach movement, meals and mindset: what feels like categories are actually a movement. It’s about living it.

  • Things I said I’d do:

  • Write the cookbook.

  • Build the FBN app.

  • Compete in ninja.

  • Write and illustrate the kids’ book.

  • Start FBNwear.

  • Stop calling longevity “one day.”

This isn’t about one big misogi (Japanese ritual of cleansing interpreted in modern times as a big physical or mental challenge; in the latter’s case this is just that!). It’s about closing loops. Making receipts. Finishing what I start.

Because at some point it stops being about productivity. It becomes identity. This year I’m someone who follows through.

That shift changes everything:

  • Fewer declarations. More proof.

  • “Boring” basics and consistency over motivation.

  • Smaller goals. Finished more often.

  • Stronger self-trust.

  • Easier no’s.

No ghost promises. No “someday.” Just quiet industry. Quiet proof.

2026 is the year I do what I said I’d do.
