2026 is the year I do what I said I’d do
2026 isn’t about reinvention. It’s about follow-through.

Things I said I’d do:
Write the cookbook.
Build the FBN app.
Compete in ninja.
Write and illustrate the kids’ book.
Start FBNwear.
Stop calling longevity “one day.”
This isn’t about one big misogi (Japanese ritual of cleansing interpreted in modern times as a big physical or mental challenge; in the latter’s case this is just that!). It’s about closing loops. Making receipts. Finishing what I start.
Because at some point it stops being about productivity. It becomes identity. This year I’m someone who follows through.
That shift changes everything:
Fewer declarations. More proof.
“Boring” basics and consistency over motivation.
Smaller goals. Finished more often.
Stronger self-trust.
Easier no’s.
No ghost promises. No “someday.” Just quiet industry. Quiet proof.
2026 is the year I do what I said I’d do.
